OUR HONEY

Show me the Honey!
Beetanical Honey

Raw. Unfiltered. Local. Delicious!

Our hives are placed in honey yards all around the central and southern Willamette Valley; from near Newport to north of Albany and from Cottage Grove to east of Springfield.

Within the Willamette Valley of Oregon there are a wide variety of micro-climates with many diverse species of honey-producing flora. While blackberries are the major nectar source, honey from the coast range tends to be lighter (in both color and taste) than honey collected from the Eugene area.  This is a result of the minor nectar flows specific to each area, from sources such as wild vetch, mint, big leaf maple trees, and a myriad of wildflowers.

Our honey is raw and unfiltered, preserving the flavor and nutritional benefits.  And we pride ourselves on the fact that our honey is extracted from combs that have never been used in brood production.

We sell our honey in bulk to local brewers, bakers, and other food producers; and you can find our honey in smaller quantities at local food co-ops like the Coast Fork Farm Stand in Cottage Grove, the Grower’s Market in Eugene, First Alternative Cooperative in Corvallis, and Oceana Natural Foods in Newport.  See below for list of current* and past honey customers.

If you would like to purchase honey from us directly, we offer 4-gallon (48 lb.) buckets, available for pick-up or delivery, depending on your location.
